Shipping policy
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 1–2 working days. We only ship orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and despatched the following Monday.
All orders are shipped using Evri, our reliable courier partner. We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery (2 to 4 business days) and Next Day Delivery (orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday).
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
- For parcels under 1kg: £3.29
- For parcels between 1kg and 2kg: £4.79
- For parcels between 2kg and 10kg: £6.49
- For parcels between 10kg and 15kg: £9.98
Next Day Delivery:
Available for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday
- For parcels under 1kg: £4.00
- For parcels between 1kg and 2kg: £5.48
- For parcels between 2kg and 10kg: £7.49
- For parcels between 10kg and 15kg: £11.99
- For parcels between 15kg and 30kg: £16.00
Please note that we do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are paid by the customer and confirmed during checkout.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If no one is available at the time of delivery, Evri may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt a redelivery. Delivery preferences can be managed directly via Evri’s tracking page.
