We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unwanted item.
Eligibility Criteria for Unwanted Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Have all tags still attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in a resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Return Shipping (Unwanted Items)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our sales team as soon as possible at sales@ramcotextiles.co.uk. We will:
- Arrange for the faulty item to be collected at no cost to you
- Offer a replacement, if available, or a full refund if not
We may request photos or further information to assess the issue before arranging the return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ramcotextiles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item back using your chosen courier (for unwanted items).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale
