We guarantee all of our new products to be as described and free from defects. In the event that a new product is found to be defective then you should notify us by telephone 01754 880880 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. You can then arrange an exchange or refund. Any returns must be received back within 28 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with packaging and/or labels still intact. The return postage charges will be paid by us for new products that are found to be defective but the service used must be Royal Mail Second Class Recorded. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.
The returns policy does not apply to used clothing (Grade 1 and 2) or wholesale purchases. The buyer holds responsibility for reading product descriptions regarding product grading.
